I had high expectations for Dave Gregory- Bess and George told me all about how he's so good-looking, charming, and always polite(saying ma'am and tipping his hat every time the conversation is dismissed). However, I wasn't attracted to him. Indeed he is rather handsome, but his shyness is unbearable. He's a cowboy! A shy cowboy does not exist.
I know he has a crush on me, but the ONLY time he ever hinted he might be interested in me was when he asked,
"hey um.. do you have a steady back home?"

to which I replied,
"a steady? oh, you mean a boyfriend?"

(then i decided to flirt so i said)
"that depends on why you want to know"

and then sadly, he said,

I met Colin Baxter at a little hotel called Ca' Nascosta in Venice where he was working on his mosaic tiles. Something about him was so intriguing, and I was immediately attracted to him during our very first conversation. He's a little nerd this one, but believe it or not this nerd has more guts than the cowboy ever will. He seemed quiet, shy, and dorky at first(something I find rather cute!) but boy was he fearless when it came to flirting with me. He had sausages delivered to my room one time. Okay, it made me get food poisoning but hey, it's the thought that counts!

So, even though Dave Gregory is the better-looking of the two, Colin Baxter has my heart.

why am i so weird

Well you know how they say that everyone has a talent? a specific area in which one is gifted at? for years i have been convinced that i do not have a talent. because,

1) i can't sing

2) i can't dance

3) i certainly can't draw/paint

4) i do not play any instruments that well

5) i don't think i write well

6) my acting skills are probably not even average

but now i am starting to think that i do have at least one. it just doesn't stand out as the talents above. here is what i am good at:

1) sudoku

i can solve pretty much any sudoku puzzle, as long as i am not pressured by a time limit.

2) taming cats

i can gain cats' trust pretty quickly. this may be a sign/indication that i am meant to be a lion tamer at a circus.

3) pig shot

it's a game on apple. my highest score is 9065 and i know nobody who has beaten me. hah.

4) controlling my dreams

ever since his death this morning, i have only received insensitive comments from my family as such:

1) mom: haiyaaaah, i wasted one can of dog food last night.

2) brother: mom! oscar left a suicide note in his kennel!

3) mom: weili, oscar must have heard you saying that you want the black puppies you saw that day. and he thinks that you don't want him anymore so he died.

1) our script! our lovely script... which has yet to be titled. it has been approved, praised, printed and will be used to produce a play that nobody(from homeschools) will expect.

2) the opportunity that presented itself. although the results still have not been revealed to us, i am grateful and i already have put the benefits that i gained from the experience to good use.
